The units´ task is to manage the development of an institutional quality culture through group dynamic strategies and change management in the design, implementation and improvement of the UFRO Quality Comprehensive Management System.

Therefore, we coordinate the organizational process functions of all entities that are in charge of quality assurance. We support all entities that are in charge of the university quality assurance regarding human processes, and we promote key competencies and guide training strategies that are necessary for the transition of a culture of continuous improvement.
