The quality policy at Universidad de La Frontera expresses the commitment of the university community to develop their profession in a work environment focused on the continuous improvement of management processes, undergraduate and postgraduate training, research, innovation and university outreach at all levels of the organization, promoting excellence. The policy is based on three criteria which are guidance, coordination and integration; and eight principles: quality, self-regulation, self-assessment, quality assurance, accreditation, systematization, continuous improvement and transparency.
