how we do it 

The aim of quality management and continuous improvement strategies of the Universidad de La Frontera activities is to maintain, develop and strengthen our academic culture and purposes based on quality policies while fulfilling internal and external quality criteria and contributing to the achievement of objectives defined in our institutional mission and vision.

Our processes and procedures can be found in the Universidad de La Frontera (Quality Assurance Code of Practice), which is our basic guideline in order to provide service on each institutional level and, at the same time, allows the development and improvement of our work.

 

The Quality Division┬┤s principles are:

A high level of commitment to quality management processes that are efficient and effective.

A multidisciplinary and collaborative approach towards continuous improvement.

We recognize that a high level of quality in the professional training, research and university outreach is not limited only to formal structures and processes, but also it is stimulated in a proper environment and culture focused on the transformation towards excellence.

The promotion of knowledge and experiences exchange related to quality between the different units.

Permanent updating of the art and development state in the field of quality management at national and international level.

The feedback incorporation by the main actors of the university community and the external ones; in order to design and supply the provided services.
