The aim of the Quality Regulations at Universidad de La Frontera is to establish the principles, guidelines, and areas of expertise that are recognized by the quality policies of the Universidad de La Frontera. Quality is an essential value that inspires the leadership and continuous improvement in teaching, knowledge creation and transfer, and university outreach, which are essential functions at the different levels of institutional action. They are verified by the compliance with relevant requirements for providing services of excellence that are oriented to the satisfaction of the requirements, needs and expectations of the stakeholders, in the training of socially responsible professionals and postgraduates. This includes the operation of the Comprehensive UFRO Quality Management System, General Quality Council, Quality Councils of the different units, and the dedication of working hours to quality management and continuous improvement for academics and professionals.
